A great way to level up is through crafting. Not only is it an opportunity to earn some side income, it can also keep you equipped with the most powerful weapons, stat buffs, and the most protective armor available at your level. As you get further and further up the tech tree, you’ll be able to loot even more powerful crafting nodes by leveling up the crafting skills. Usually, in order to fit yourself with the most up to date gear, you’ll want to loot everything you come across, and then sell any leftovers you have to other players. They’d be glad to have them.

Trading
Advertise any rare or commonly used items you’ve come across in zone chat to find other players. However, if you become a nuisance, many possible customers will put you on their ignore list, so make sure not to spam the channel. Every 10 or so minutes, just send out a message and wait for people to respond.

Joining a Guild
Another great way to find players to trade with is to join a guild. Guild trade is also a good way to make money. Bringing like-minded players together to do business is a goal for many dedicated trader guilds. You can sell directly or get advice on what’s selling the best and what price to sell things by talking with people through a private guild channel. Located at a town’s treasury is a guild store, and you can gain access to it. There, you can list items for a set price that, even if you’re logged off, players can go in and purchase.

You won’t directly level up through trading and selling which is the same as Blade and Soul leveling guide. But it’s a great way to purchase things such as horses, which will cut down your travel time between quest nodes, and also to gather money for powerful rare armor and weapons.

Roads
You will want to stay off the beaten path if you’re a true adventurer. There are commonly neither monsters to kill nor crafting nodes on roads. Although you can find a couple of quests while using a road to get to your destination, in the wild, there are just as many quests. Try to detour through the wilderness whenever you can, when you’ve been told to go to a certain location for a quest. On your way, you’ll find much more out-of-the-way dungeons to clear, chests to pick open, crafting nodes to loot, and plenty of monsters to kill, than if you take the easy route.

Leveling Tips for the ESO Templar Part 1

The article below could give a good idea on Templars. If you're looking for something more extensive, our friends at Killer Guides have put together an amazing ESO manual . That guide is the cat's pajamas. It not only comes with a slick, class-specific leveling guide, but has some killer information on the best builds and PvP tactics.

templarIt can be challenging to level a Templar in the Elder Scrolls Online. To find a good fit for the Templar, you need to choose from all sorts of unique skills, weapons, armor types, and guilds. Read on for some of the most in-depth tips in getting the most of a Templar.

Weapons
In ESO, you’ll be doing a lot of fighting. You will do well by choosing a weapon that not only will match your playstyle, but also get you through fights easily. In the tutorial area of Coldharbour, you will be given a choice of weapons. The two handler is one of the best weapons you’ll be able to get. Choosing a sword and shield will only slow you down as there are no real challenge early on in the game. At such a low level, you won’t have all that many ranged skills to choose from, although ranged is a good choice for some. It is in the melee range that majority of the fighting will come from. Not only does the two hander offer great burst damage by itself, but it also affords Critical Charge, a charge spell that you can get really early on. And since it will synergize well with the melee templar tree called Aedric Spear, it is a great weapon to choose.

Skills
The few skill points you get early on in the game, make sure to put them towards damaging attacks once you get your weapon. The first two you spend on your first weapon’s skill and on Puncturing Strikes in your Aedric Spear line. Drawing from both stamina and Magicka, this will give you some great melee combo opportunities. As a good opener or to kill fleeing opponents, pick up Sun Fire from Dawn’s Wrath afterwards. Get Rushed Ceremony from Restoring Light once you’ve gotten enough skills to take foes down quickly. When you’re fighting tough boss battles, it will save your skin. Since you’ll want to have a good variety of skills to choose from and you’ll always be able to respecialize your skill points later on, level up your three class skill lines together.

Skyshards
Early on, you’ll feel starved for skill points, especially since you don’t even have a full bar of skills available to use yet. For six easy-to-get skyshards and several decent quests to choose from, visit your faction’s starting zone, which can either be Khenarthi’s Roost, Stros M’kai, or Bleakrock Isle.

Side Quests
Any and all quests you come across you should accept in order to level up quickly. Black arrows may appear on the compass at the top of your screen and you will need to keep an eye for them. That means that a quest giver is currently in the area. Not only do they offer rewards of gold, gear, and sometimes even extra skill points, they can also give you the much needed experience you need to level up.

Visiting every black icon on your map to find quests is a good practice. Sometimes, in areas such as with wayshrines, the black icons will turn white after simply visiting. Other times, even if you’re in the area, they remain black. That means that, somewhere around, there’s a quest that’ll give you the opportunity to turn the icon from black to white. Some times, it just means you need to clear the area and kill the boss at the end of the route, especially when in the public dungeons. Ensure you complete everything an area has to offer you without having to back pedal later on by visiting all the icons on your map as you’re out doing your normal quests.

Healing Skills of the TESO Templar

The article below could give a good idea on Templars. If you're looking for something more extensive, our friends at Killer Guides have put together an amazing digital handbook . That guide is the cat's pajamas. It not only comes with a slick, class-specific leveling guide, but has some killer information on the best builds and PvP tactics.

The Templar is considered the Paladin of the Elder Scrolls Online. Its healing abilities are vast and designed to be used many ways during in-game quests. Due to the design of the character the player must be skilled enough to split responsibilities. It’s an avatar that can appeal to players looking to stay traditional in roles or those trying to break out of stereotypes.

templar healing

As a defensive physical class, the Templar can inflict damage and heal through light based magic. The basic healing skill tree of the Templar is called Restoring Light. One of the most common healing spells used is Rushed Ceremony. It can be used to heal yourself or up to three others around you. It’s a very strategic spell as it is gained quickly and can be morphed to restore magicka whenever an ally is successfully healed. It can also allow the player to stand back from battle and heal members of his or her group, which is where strategic decision making has to be made.

The spell is not limited by long casting times or cooldown which allows the templar to use it as much as magic reserves allow. If used as a self heal, it can help lengthen a particularly troublesome one-on-one battle if the character is lightly armored. The avatar is designed to be playable in classic massively multiplayer online strategies such as backing up a group’s heavily armored tank, or in new well considered strategies that the players develop. It also appears the no cooldown detail of the spells will allow for healing of an ally being victimized by a spam attacker. Evidence suggests the Templar can be successful in many different roles while questing through the universe.

Some active basic abilities that don’t require cooldown are rushed ceremony, healing ritual, restoring aura, cleansing ritual and radial sweep. Each spell can heal nearby allies and the avatar itself if desired.

More advanced level healing abilities are mending, focused healing and light weaver. Each of these are considered passive abilities.
Templar gameplay and access to healing abilities is affected by what you are welding, is as to be expected. Different weapons open different access for the character. If you find yourself in battle wielding a greatsword, your healing abilities would be limited. If you stood back from battle and switched to a Restoration Staff, you would have access to Grand Healing.
